We are a community of seasoned startup founders and C-level executives who explore international markets and look for ways to scale their businesses globally. It’s like Burning Man, but for business

By combining our expertise and resources, we help founders join international markets more quickly and effectively while addressing problems unique to the "Russian" setting.

When the world's situation began to rapidly change, I decided it was time to try to launch a project on the global market. It was terrifying because I felt like I was starting from scratch.

I began talking to other entrepreneurs and discovered that even the most seasoned of them feel the same way. And I reasoned, why don't we go surfing together? This is how the concept of R-Founders, which are thematic working groups for entrepreneurs in similar situations, came about. We are learning from one another and dealing with our new reality as a group in order to enter foreign markets as quickly and efficiently as possible.
